Ciao, beautiful.

Meet the woman behind the lens.

I’m Nicole Cosentino, a Toronto-based wedding and portrait photographer working worldwide. I’ve been behind the lens since 2008 and have been officially running COSENTINO Candids since 2018, but truthfully, I’ve had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember. I’m a people loving, animal adoring, Canadian Italian with a deep soft spot for Sicily and stories that feel like home.

Photography became personal for me when the people I loved most began to slip into memory. Old photo albums, especially the imperfect, grainy images of my Nonno and family, taught me that the moments we think are ordinary become priceless once they’re gone.

That’s why I don’t chase perfection. I chase feeling. The tears during your vows, the quiet kisses, the way your parents hold you a little tighter, those are the moments that matter most. My biggest fear isn’t a blurry photo, it’s missing something real.

Everyone who steps in front of my lens becomes part of my heart. I show up fully, stay late, and care deeply about the people I’m documenting. My goal is simple: to preserve your story in a way that feels honest, emotional, and beautifully true to you.
